Facebook Launches Kids App
Facebook launched a new kids-version of their app where parents can monitor their children's actions through their own app.
The most-anticipated feature is "Supervised Friending" which allows parents to control who the kids add to their circle. Every time a child adds another, the parent is notified through messenger and given the option to override their connection.
The second new feature allows others to monitor their kids' connections. This could be useful if a teacher requires kids to keep in contact - they could simply enter the app and connect the classmates.
The last new feature places restrictions around who can view the child's profile. It can be limited to a certain group of individuals or mutual contacts.
